Trader Joe's Fall Haul

There's not much I love more than a run to Trader Joe's during the months of September, October, November and December. I took  a trip to Trader Joe's to stock up on our favorite fall items and wanted to share my haul. Basically the name of the game was "if it has the words apple or pumpkin on it, it goes it the cart. Haha! Here are some of the items we picked up:

Trader Joe's has a really delicious maple syrup. I use it in a variety of recipes this time of year!

These little cookies are quite delightful. They aren't overwhelmingly pumpkin but they definitely have a pumpkin spice flavor.

Yes, yes, yes. I put some of this Honey Crisp Granola over their vanilla bean yogurt and loved it.

I tried this soup for the first time last year and was a huge fan. I love to divide the jar between two containers, and voila! Lunch is served for the next two days.

Now these donuts are yummy, but they aren't going to be able to compete with apple cider donuts purchased from an apple orchard. If you aren't taking a trip to an apple orchard this fall, these will make a good stand-in option.

I got this dressing to serve with my salads I packed for work this week. Super yummy!

Our dog comes sprinting when I shake this bag of treats so they must be delicious. Haha! I love that our dogs can also enjoy pumpkin flavored treats.

These little pretzels are the perfect sweet/salty combination. They are very small, which is dangerous because the serving size isn't huge. They're still a win in my book!

I've never purchased Trader Joe's Pepper Jelly, but I heard it was one of their best seasonal items so I bought three jars. Haha!

How cute are these little hot chocolate spoons? I bought three and think they would make a precious teacher gift, alongside some other goodies.

My, oh my. Why haven't I tried this before?! It's a yummy sweet/salty/spicy snack mix and I absolutely gobbled it up. I totally wish I had bought a few more bags!

This is also a great find! It's a fruit and vegetable wash that makes washing produce a breeze. Typically I fill a large mixing bowl with water and a few squirts of this soap. You should see how yucky the water is by the time I'm finished washing our produce for the week!

This was another yummy buy! I really loved it as an afternoon snack alongside a La Croix.

What else did I miss?! I'd love to hear your seasonal favorites from Trader Joe's.

Friday Favorites [10-4-2024]

Happy, HAPPY Friday!  I hate to even say it outloud, but Jack slept through the night two nights in a row this week. He's been getting so many teeth - all at the same time for about three weeks. This led to lots of broken nights of sleep for our boy. It is AMAZING how much better I feel getting a full night of sleep. Haha.  Needless to say, I'm feeling extra perky this Friday.  I'm linking up with Andrea  and  Erika  to share a few favorites from my week. 😊 Sammy's flag football team is the Chiefs, and so obviously his favorite dog supporter needed to get a matching outfit. Look at Sammy's red cheeks! We're ready for fall weather to arrive in full force over here. Haha.  This week was National Night Out in our town, and Dustin helped work it. I stopped by with the boys, and Jack was genuinely surprised to see so many people who looked like his daddy. He got so excited when he saw the first police car, but was disappointed his daddy wasn't inside. πŸ˜‰ D...

The Brisel family is OFF!

I'm so excited to share that our family is celebrating the holiday season at our very favorite place...Disney World! This trip has been a long time coming. We have been saving and planning for over a year, and yesterday we [yes we...Santa doesn't get credit for this one πŸ˜‰] surprised our boys with a trip to Disney World for their Christmas gift. Disney is truly Dustin and my happy place, so we couldn't be more excited to bring the boys!  While we're gone I plan to blog about our trip, so I'm hoping to share an update tomorrow evening. For some who may not know, I am working my way through the certification process of becoming a Smart Moms Travel Agent, which is a travel company that specializes in trips to Disney World. I'm hopeful that it might turn into a fun hobby that lets me share a little bit of my Disney knowledge with other families. 😊 I thought blogging our trip would be a fun resource to share with future clients! For a little recap of today... We wer...

Disney World: Day 5 Recap

Rest days are a necessity for any Disney vacation, no matter the length of your trip. πŸ˜‰ We have been pushing it and hoofing it all over Disney World, so we were overdue! Our plans today included a character breakfast with Minnie and her friends, spending time at the pool, and a character dinner at 1900 Park Fare.  Both boys slept in until 7:00 which was amazing! We got dressed and ready and began our way towards Cape May Cafe located at The Beach Club Resort. We took the Skyliner from our resort to the International Gateway at Epcot. From there, we had about a 5 minute walk to our restaurant. Super easy!  This character meal is one of the lesser known options for character dining. We've done character dining at Topolino's Terrace (amazing!), Tusker House and Chef Mickey's, so we were excited to try something different. Minnie, Daisy, Donald and Goofy are all dressed in their beach attire, and make their way around the restaurant several times. You're also able to do a ...
