Here I go again, referencing protein. 😅 This recipe has been in my breakfast rotation lately and I love it! One serving will pack over 30 grams of protein and leaves me feeling full until lunch. I think this recipe will be a favorite when it's back to school season. Easy and satiating, win!
Cookie Dough Overnight Oats
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup skim milk
1 scoop of Clean Simple Eats Cookie Dough Protein Powder
Mini Chocolate chips to top
Directions:
Mix your oats, chia seeds, skim milk and protein powder in a resealable container. Shake really well and store in your fridge overnight. When you're ready to serve top with a few mini chocolate chips. Yum!
