Honey Mustard Chicken
Serves: 3-5 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 15-20 minutes
Yesterday was one of those warm January days that makes you think that Spring has to be drawing near. To celebrate weather above the freezing point, I switched my dinner plans and had Dustin grill our chicken rather than bake it in the oven. We like to serve this chicken with some BBQ sauce for dipping, because we can't seem to have anything without a dip. :) Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 lean chicken breasts
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup dijon mustard
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
1. In a large gallon bag, place chicken breasts, followed by the dijon mustard, honey, and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Seal the bag and use your hands to massage the ingredients together.
3. Place bag in the fridge and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, and up to overnight.
4. Grill chicken evenly until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
